This military airmail letter card was posted in India on 13th Nov and addressed to Nairobi. Apart from Censor markings there are neither markings nor evidence that this envelope was involved in an air accident. If it was posted in 1944, rather than 1945, then the letter card was most likely to have been involved in the crash of the B.O.A.C. Lockheed Lodestar plane “LYNDHURST” G-AGBW which was lost on route from Juba in Sudan to Nairobi in Kenya on 29th Nov 1944.
