Description
This unused valentine uses paper lace over a peach border. Th picture shows a man courting a woman on a balcony. The poem reads:
Young Cupid who flutters so gaily above,
Has feathered his arrow and barbed it with love,
And bending his bow to the object addressed,
The arrow responding has entered my heart,
And the wound it has opened my Valentine true,
Bleeding hourly and fondly and only for you.
