KING GEORGE V AT THE BATH POSTAL MUSEUM

At the beginning of each decade London hosts an international stamp exhibition and this year, 2010, is no exception. 2010 is also the centenary of the accession of King George V, the first philatelist to sign the Role of Distinguished Philatelists and the monarch who started the Royal Collection.
But the International Stamp Exhibition is just one part of a much wider series of events being held across the country, known as London 2010: Festival of Stamps. It will be a special year for philatelists and one highlight is a major display at the Bath Postal Museum.
